The SEEPRiN’s Social Sector Fellowship (SSF) is a 12-month virtual fellowship program aimed at equipping and upskilling Young School Leavers (YSL) with requisite knowledge and skill set needed to gain entrance and build a successful career in the development sector. The fellowship program matrix is carefully designed to allow for in-depth and extensive training coupled with practical hands-on internship. The Social Sector Fellowship is designed to produce skilled and highly employable individuals for a robust career in development especially in the selected fields and specialities. The scholars produced under this fellowship will assist in meeting the human capital needs of the development sector (both now and in the future) based on the scalability potential of the fellowship.
